House Republicans revealed their plan to replace the Affordable Care Act on Monday and it's called the American Healthcare Act.

If passed, the bill would lay the groundwork to cut funding from Planned Parenthood as President Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan have previously promised. It would also prohibit federal tax credits to be used for plans that cover "elective" abortions.

Sarah Stoesz, president, and CEO of Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota spoke with MPR News host Kerri Miller about what the bill would mean for Planned Parenthood if it becomes law.
