Texas Child Passenger Safety law requires drivers to secure all children younger than age eight (8), unless they are 4’9” (57 inches) tall, in a child safety seat according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Child Safety Seat Inspections Search

Child safety seat checks and inspection stations provide parents and caregivers with the opportunity to have their child's safety seat checked by a nationally certified child passenger safety (CPS) technician.
